At MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd, customer satisfaction is important to us. This policy explains the conditions under which returns, exchanges, and refunds are accepted. By purchasing from MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for ready-made items. To qualify:
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition with all packaging intact
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery or purchase
Proof of purchase is required
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund, except in cases of confirmed defect or error by MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd:
Custom-made or made-to-order items
Products manufactured based on customer measurements or specifications
Items that have been cut, altered, installed, or used
Discounted or clearance items, unless defective
3. Custom-Made Products
All custom-made items, including curtains, blinds, rails, window films, SPC tiles, and similar products, are produced specifically to customer requirements. Once production has begun, these orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
Customers must inspect items immediately upon delivery. Any damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours. Claims should be supported with clear photos or evidence. Verified claims will be resolved through replacement or exchange, subject to stock availability.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within seven working days. Refunds are issued using the original payment method where applicable. Delivery and shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a confirmed error or defect by MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd.
6. Return Costs
Return transport costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the issue resulted from an error by MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
7. Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product availability. Any price difference must be settled before the exchange is completed.
8. Limitation of Liability
MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd is not responsible for issues arising from incorrect measurements, misuse, improper handling, or installation performed by third parties. Customers are responsible for confirming product specifications before purchase.
