MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd supplies interior hardware, décor products, and related installation services, including but not limited to curtain rods, fittings, curtains, carpets, door hardware, and customized interior products. Product images, descriptions, and specifications are provided for reference purposes. Minor variations in color, finish, or design may occur and do not constitute defects.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice. Confirmed orders are charged at the price agreed upon at the time of purchase.
4. Orders and Payment
Orders are confirmed only after full or agreed payment is received. MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd reserves the right to cancel or delay orders due to stock availability, payment issues, or incorrect order details provided by the customer.
5. Custom-Made and Tailored Products
Custom-made products are manufactured based on customer specifications, measurements, or selections. Once production has started, such orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded. Customers are responsible for confirming all measurements and specifications before approval.
6. Delivery and Installation
Delivery timelines and fees are outlined in our Shipping and Delivery Policy. Installation services are provided subject to prior arrangement and quotation. MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including courier delays or incorrect delivery information.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed strictly by our Returns and Refunds Policy. Customers are advised to review the policy before making a purchase.
8. Inspection of Goods
Customers must inspect all products upon delivery or collection. Any issues must be reported within the timelines stated in the Returns and Refunds Policy. Failure to report within this period will be deemed acceptance of the goods.
9. Limitation of Liability
MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd shall not be liable for:
Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
Improper installation, misuse, or modification of products
Installation performed by third parties
Normal wear and tear after installation or use
Our liability, where applicable, is limited to the value of the product supplied.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of MEKA Interiors Decor Ltd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
11. Privacy
Customer information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, share, or misuse customer data.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Kenyan courts.
